Pancake Tuesday

Hey. It's Pancake Tuesday.* Did you know? Of course you knew. And I knew, too, so I made some Pancake Tuesday Pancakes and cinammon-lime syrup. I love Pancake Tuesday Pancakes, and not just because they have the word "pancake" in their name twice.





But I might have gotten a little carried away, 'cause I made entirely too many pancakes than are necessary for the nutritional needs of a single mango.
